The Report
This is the burger the Registry was built to find. Two thin patties, onions smashed straight into the beef, American cheese, pickles, and mustard. It arrives fast, wrapped tight, and disappears faster.
The onions do the heavy lifting. Pressed into the patty on the flat top, they caramelize at the edges and steam in the middle, so every bite carries sweetness and char at once. The crust is lacy and properly salted. The potato bun is soft without going limp and holds through the final bite. Assembly is tight; nothing slides.
At $12.50 it is not cheap for its size, which is the only thing keeping value from a higher mark. Order the double, add fries, and eat it at the counter while it is still hot. We have been back twice since the visit. We will be back again.
